The Downtown Jacket has a water-repellent and windproof technical twill outer shell that's made from polyester and polyurethane. This men's padded jacket is fully lined and filled with recycled polyester for lightweight thermal insulation that's hypoallergenic and moisture-resistant. The design features a double placket – snap buttons and zip – as well as an elasticated hemline with drawcords and ribbed-knit trims to keep cold wind out. The interior diagonal zip pocket – first introduced in our First-class Jacket – returns as a new MR MARVIS signature.

Meet The Fine Cords: timeless and textured corduroy trousers that deliver comfort, finesse and a slight 1970s air straight to your wardrobe. We decided that one pair of corduroy trousers simply wasn't enough – that's why we've added The Fine Cords to our collection. This new style has a classic five-pocket design with a tapered fit that is neither too slim nor too loose.

The Fine Cords are made of fine-wale corduroy, woven from 97% organic cotton and 3% elastane. The five-pocket design is one you may recognise from The Jeans and The Five-pockets. It's casual and timeless, with a regular waistband with belt loops and subtle MR MARVIS branding, such as the faux leather patch on the backside.

Meet The Stretch Belt: our new elastic braided belt with nubuck accents, designed with comfort, movement and style in mind. Rendered in our signature colourways, this essential accessory cinches it all together.

The Stretch Belt is made of 70% polyester, 20% elastane and 10% leather. It's the added elastane that makes The Stretch Belt, well, stretchy. The braided design, without belt holes, is fully adjustable and available in lengths 85, 95, 105 and 115.

This belt for men can be worn with any of our trousers and shorts with belt loops – it's that versatile after all. We decided to give our Merino Pullover an upgrade by swapping the crew neck for a smart V-neck. That's why we try to design better garments to begin with, set reduction goals and caprture 110% of any unavoidable product emissions. We are also committed to being as transparent as possible about our emissions so that you, our valued customer, can make informed purchasing decisions.

Raising the bar

We've been measuring our impact since 2021, but decided it was time to take things up a notch. That’s why we’ve chosen to partner with Vaayu. Founded in 2022, Vaayu is a leading AI-powered emissions tracking platform, trusted by brands like Asket, Veja, and Klarna. With their extensive experience in the apparel industry as well as with machine learning technology, Vaayu helps us calculate our corporate carbon footprint and creates life-cycle assesments of all our garments, to measure our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and water scarcity impact. The life-cycle assessments cover all processes, from raw fibre extraction to how the garment is used and disposed of by customers. This helps us make data-driven decisions, ensuring compliance with the fashion industry's rapidly evolving legal landscape.

With Vaayu’s support, we’ve included an element on our product description pages that displays a detailed breakdown of each garment’s emissions during its entire life-cycle. We've included additional life cycle stages, such as the user phase and end-of-life. This expansion is a major step forward for us and sets us apart, as it’s not something many brands undertake. In addition, our detailed care guide and repair service encourages our customers to get the most wear out of their garment.
