Return & exchange policy
MR MARVIS products purchased via our online shop or brand stores can be exchanged/returned within 100 days of purchase, provided the hang tags are still attached and the product is not damaged.
If you purchased your item from a partner store, it must be returned or exchanged there. Unfortunately, we cannot process these returns via our own online returns portal.
Free shipping Within the United Kingdom, we offer free returns/exchanges besides Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
