At MR MARVIS, we aim for excellence not only in our shorts and trousers, but in everything we do. We value transparency, integrity, and the courage to speak up. That’s why we provide several ways for you to share your concerns depending on your needs.
- If you personally experience unwanted behaviour – such as discrimination, bullying or harassment – feel treated unfairly or disrespectfully, or if your working conditions affect your wellbeing, please follow the steps in our Grievance Procedure.
- In case you observe or suspect serious (illegal) wrongdoing that may adversely affect MR MARVIS or society (such as fraud, corruption, environmental damage, human rights violations or a breach of applicable laws or company policy), please follow the Whistleblowing Policy.
