1. Based on the law you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product, to withdraw your agreement with MR MARVIS, without giving any reason.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending us an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can also easily use our customized return app or you may use the attached model withdrawal form / a completed model withdrawal form. It is also possible to withdraw the agreement partially. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. The right of withdrawal is not provided for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. After terminating the agreement please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 100 days after receipt of all the products in your order, to the address of MR MARVIS as stated in the shipping label which you will receive via our customized return app or via email.

5. You can try out our product(s) as far as necessary to make a purchase, like you would do in an actual shop. Make sure that the cards are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, have been washed, the labels have been removed, or showing other signs of wear MR MARVIS will have to deduct this decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you. Only MR MARVIS is entitled to determine the decrease in value.

6. MR MARVIS will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we only refund the costs of the returned product. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to make the original payment.

7. If you choose a different, more expensive option for return than the standard delivery method used by MR MARVIS, these extra costs will not be reimbursed. See the FAQ’s section on our website for the return costs per country.
