Return & exchange policy
MR MARVIS products purchased via our online shop or brand stores can be exchanged/returned within 100 days of purchase, provided the hang tags are still attached and the product is not damaged.
If you purchased your item from a partner store, it must be returned or exchanged there. Unfortunately, we cannot process these returns via our own online returns portal.
Free shipping Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland (on mrmarvis.com/ch), and the United Kingdom (on mrmarvis.com/gb), we offer free returns/exchanges.
Processing timelines Please note that it can take approximately 10 working days or 14 calendar days from the moment you hand in the parcel until your replacement item is dispatched or your refund is processed.
