- Free exchanges & returns are available for orders delivered to mainland addresses in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, metropolitan France, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, and the United Kingdom. Orders delivered to islands or offshore territories of these countries are not eligible for free exchanges or returns. In these cases, all exchange and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- MR MARVIS products can be exchanged/returned within 100 days of purchase in case the hang tags are still attached to the product and the product is not damaged.
- No delivery to P.O. boxes or military bases. To make sure your package arrives safely and on time, we work with trusted carriers who unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address at checkout.
- For orders sent outside the EU and Switzerland, import duties and taxes may apply to the order. Any import duties and taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
- For customers in mainland UK, sales VAT is included in the price stated on the website. We ship from our UK warehouse, so you should incur no import fees or duties.
